Our Name has Changed
We are announcing the change in our firm name from Fisk Reed & Love, P.C. to Love, Cody & Company, CPAs, P.C.
While our name has changed, our commitment to providing our clients with quality professional services has not.
As you probably know, Bill Fisk and Kristin Reed have each left the firm to pursue other careers. Bill withdrew from the practice in 2005 to pursue a career in law; and in 2008 Kristin left in order to concentrate on her personal financial planning practice. We are grateful for the contributions Bill and Kristin made to the firm, and in making the name Fisk Reed & Love, P.C. as well-known and respected as it has become.
Nevertheless, we felt this was an appropriate time to make a change in our name to better reflect the current composition of the firm.
Our firm has been Bennington’s premiere, full-service public accounting firm since its inception in 1990. Steve Love has been with the firm since 1990, and in 2002 Frank Cody became an officer of the firm. Steve and Frank are assisted by manager Laura Nesbit, CPA, supervisors Jeanette Burhans, CPA and Tim Lefevre, CPA, an accounting staff member, a computer systems consultant, an experienced bookkeeper and two administrative support staff.
We are confident that with time our new name will become as well-known and respected as our previous name. Our very capable and dedicated staff, and the firm itself, remain unchanged. A name is just a name; it is the people behind it that make the difference.
